Verified developers who actively contribute to the ecosystem.

- Contribute to shared data and schemas
- Participate in governance discussions
- Propose charter amendments
Council
3–7 peopleStewards who maintain standards and make formal decisions on behalf of the consortium.
Responsibilities
- Approve showcase submissions
- Enforce IP and quality standards
- Maintain governance documents
- Vote on routine and structural changes

Decision-Making
Day-to-day decisions happen on Discord through open discussion. When a formal decision is needed, the Council votes.
Routine Decisions
Simple majority- Showcase approvals
- Minor documentation updates
- Day-to-day operational choices
Structural Changes
Supermajority (2/3+)- Charter amendments
- New membership tiers
- Policy changes
All votes and their outcomes are recorded publicly.
Amendment Process
Any member may propose a charter amendment.
- 1 Propose
Post the proposed change on Discord with a clear rationale.
- 2 Discuss
A minimum 7-day discussion period for members to weigh in.
- 3 Vote
The Council holds a supermajority vote.
- 4 Update
If approved, the charter is updated and the change is documented.
